How it runs
Two to three hours at Base 2, twelve to twenty people, laptops open. The person leading it built the thing in production. Half the time is them, half is you, with them walking the room.

Small rooms, real screens. A working session led by someone who has already shipped the thing, where you leave with it running on your own machine.
What we cover
Whatever the cohort is fighting with that month: agent frameworks, evals, voice, retrieval, deployment, distribution, pricing. The list is set by the founders in the room, not by a curriculum.
Who it is for
Cohort founders first. Members of the community fill the remaining seats. If you are building with AI rather than talking about it, you belong here.
